It’s about finding a pose that feels good and with the help of props like blankets, bolsters, or blocks, emphasize stillness and comfort. This practice is designed to promote healing, reduce stress, and build a sense of inner peace. It’s a great way to unwind and reconnect with yourself amidst the hustle of daily life. Class is 60 min.
Slow flow yoga is an intentionally slower-paced class, aimed at helping both beginners and those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga. You'll embrace holds in each pose for several breaths, and Slow Flow yoga can help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Class is 45 min.

I fell in love with yoga over 30 years ago. My practice evolved when I learned to listen to my body and sit in silence. I shifted my focus on the journey and the benefits my body received.

I fell in love with yoga over 30 years ago. My practice evolved when I learned to listen to my body and sit in silence. I shifted my focus on the journey and the benefits my body received.
I took my first 200 YTT at a local studio in 2021. Over the years I've taken various classes from sequencing and breath work to yogi flight school to continue learning. Most recently, I studied holistic yoga flow in Costa Rica with Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom. I strive to deepen my knowledge of this beautiful practice that allows me peace when life is stressful and unpredictable. Yoga taught me to create balance through flexibility both physically and mentally.
I feel like every student has something to learn wether you are doing handstands or reaching for your toes. I am passionate about guiding others to connect with breath and tap into strength and clarity with moving meditation... leading with gratitude and kindness.
